๐Ÿ’ณ Deposit Policy

Non-refundable Deposit: Required to reserve the vehicle.Non-transferable: Deposits cannot be applied to different dates/times.Full Payment: All balances must be paid in full before the scheduled service date.

โŒ Cancellation Charge

All reservations and all payments made are non-refundable. If you put down a deposit that too is non-refundable.

๐Ÿ“ Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. For details on how to cancel a booking and information please email us at Sales@americaneaglelimo.com - We do not provide a refund or partial refund to any and all reservations cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel at anytime for any reason. If our company chooses to cancel at no fault of yours, we will refund you your money.

๐Ÿš Vehicle Selection

We own all of the buses in our fleet. We have multiple buses so we cannot guarantee colors or specific buses. If you would like to see the buses before your rental, we can facetime with you to show you the vehicles, we can also send videos and photos as well.

๐Ÿ’ณ Remaining Balance

All events that are booked 30 days or more in advance can put down a deposit to book their transportation. Clients must put down a deposit of 50% of their total reservation price. The remaining balance will be collected automatically, no later than 2 weeks before your event.

๐Ÿ’ต Payment Options

There will be an additional 6% charged for credit card processing fees, which is calculated in the total when you "ADD TO BAG" on the shopping cart. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We accept AMEX but will have to charge 8%. All reservations made over the phone or through the reservation form will have a 5% service fee added to their total. If you check out through the shopping cart then the service fee wont be added to your total.

๐Ÿ“† Reservation/Itinerary Changes

Deadline: Finalize all changes (pick-ups, stops, etc.) 72 hours before the reservation.
Process: Submit written updates via the confirmation email at Sales@americaneaglelimo.com Penalty: Any and all stops added while reservation is taking place will incur an additional $295 travel fee or $100 for each additional stop. **NOTE: We do NOT allow endless driving around, only those reservations who have paid the additional fee to do so will it be allowed but still needs to be in the itinerary 72 hours before your event takes place!**

๐Ÿšจ Delays

Delays Beyond Control: Any delays caused by weather, road construction, accidents, traffic congestion, or any situation beyond the control of American Eagle Limo & Party Bus, and its affiliates are not their responsibility. No credits or refunds will be issued as a result of such delays. However, we will give you the option to make up the time by extending your reservation by the amount of time lost due to the unforeseen delay.

โฐ Overtime Policy

Overtime Billing: Overtime is calculated at $300 per hr. We offer a 5/10 minute grace period per hr., anything over the 10 mins is charged by the hr. We do not prorate overtime, nor is a driver allowed to Waive overtime for any reason. Depending on the day of your reservation & if your event falls on a holiday weekend, your prior authorization of $300 will be charged 1-3 days before your event. It will be released within 48 hrs. after the end of your event. If your group goes into additional overtime your group will be charged an additional $300 per hr. For Example: if your group is late to your drop off location, the drop off time was for 8pm and your group doesnt make it there till 9:30pm, Your group will be charged for 2 Hrs. of overtime total. Which means we will use the Prior Authorization and change the card on file an additional Hr. ($300) for the 2nd hr. of overtime.

๐Ÿ’ต Prior Authorization

Prior Authorization: a total of $300 will be charged before your event. Depending on the day of your reservation & if your event falls on a holiday weekend, your prior authorization of $300 will be charged 1-3 days before your event. It will be released within 48 hrs. after the end of your event.

๐ŸšญNon-Smoking Policy

Smoking Policy: All vehicles are non-smoking. That includes E-cigarettes and Vapes as well. Violations result in cleaning charges of $300.00 and possible service termination without refund.

๐Ÿ‘ฎโ€โ™‚๏ธ Misconduct

American Eagle Limousine & Party Bus maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct or abuse, whether verbal or physical. Violations of this policy will result in the immediate termination of service, with no refund issued.Additional Actions: American Eagle Limousine & Party Bus reserves the right to remove all event members from the vehicle at a safe and public location, depending on the severity of the situation.Further action may be taken if necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
**WE DO NOT ALLOW UNDERAGE DRINKING IN OUR VEHICLES WHATSOEVER - OUR DRIVERS RESRVE THE RIGHT TO SEARCH ALL BAGS BEFORE ENTERING THE BUS. IF THE BUS DRIVER CATCHES ANYONE DRINKING ON THE BUS AND THEY ARE NOT OF AGE THE DRIVER WILL TERMINATE THE RIDE IMMEDIATLEY**

๐Ÿ•บ Standing/Dancing Policy

For your safety, standing or dancing is not permitted while the vehicle is in motion, as these actions may result in bodily harm. If your group wishes to remain on the bus and party you must Important Notes: Although standing or dancing is not actively monitored or enforced, passengers are encouraged to remain seated while the vehicle is in motion.American Eagle Limousine & Party B us and its affiliates are not liable for any injuries resulting from standing, dancing, or similar actions during the ride.This policy is designed to prioritize the safety of all passengers.

๐Ÿฅ‚ Food/Drink Policy

We do allow food and drink on the bus to an extent. While we cannot provide you with beverages, you are welcome to bring whatever beverages you like including alcoholic beverages as long as your group is over the legal drinking age. If anyone from your group is not of age then we wont be able to allow drinking to take place on the bus. Proms and any events that have underage children with no parental chaperone riding along on the bus are subject to having their bags searched before getting on the bus. As far as food we do allow light snacks in the vehicles. We ask that your group doesn't bring anything messy or greasy that can ruin the upholstery. (Chips, Pretzels, anything crunchy that can break into small pieces and get into the cracks of the seating. No Pizza, Wings or anything saucy.) We allow you to carry such things as cakes and pizzas or any kind of food to bring to your events but we ask that you just don't eat those things on the actual bus. Those who do will be charged a $300 cleaning fee before hand.
