Prom Is Coming, it’s literally right around the corner and will be here before you know it. So to help you get ready, here are some helpful ideas for you and your group to make your Prom Night an unforgettable evening. Prom is a sacred thing that most highschools need to attend and make it grand to mark the end of an era. Most people spend their time worrying about what they will wear or what restaurant their group wants to go to, but they always forget how important it is to plan how they are going to get there. Let’s face it, no one wants to have their parents drop them off and pick them up from the Prom/Party. Going with a large group and splitting the payment makes it so no one has to Break the Bank and everyone will get an unforgettable experience. It’s a Win-Win! First and foremost, book ahead of time - I can’t say this enough. Prom season is such a competitive time of year in the transportation industry, and you don’t want to end up missing out. We receive hundreds of Price Quote Requests each week and Inventory is Limited! Pick something memorable - While we do encourage shopping around, make sure you know where you’re shopping. With so many brokers selling you wishful thinking, it’s hard to know which companies are real and which are fake, do they own their own fleet, will they show up with something from this Decade? Our company has been around for over 30+ years with over half a million rides under its belt. In fact, we recently scheduled a Prom Reservation for a client’s daughter who also happened to use us for his own prom when he was younger. Don’t worry, we’ve updated our vehicles since then. 😉 I know planning an event can be stressful, so I have created a FAQ Page to help you and yours make planning this event a BREEZE! Transparency is KEY, which is why I wanted to lay it all on the line for you. Here are some things to know: • Prom Pricing Starts: Weekends of April 5th thru June 15th. • All Vehicles will be charged as if at full capacity. • Prom vehicles will include but not limited to Multiple sized Party Buses, 10 Passenger Lincoln Limos, and 20 Passenger Hummer Limos. • Reservations during the weeks of April 5th through June 15th must start after 4pm and be a minimum of 6 hours or more. • Itinerary must be: Pick up Location, 1-3 stops, Final Drop off Location.• Reservations are competitive so payment must be paid in full at the time of booking unless your reservation is 1 month or more away. Then 50% of the total payment must be made as a deposit. • All reservations must be confirmed and finalized with 18+ Parent or Guardian.
Also, to make things interesting and beneficial for everyone, we’ve started something new this year. Basically, any group who has a customer referral and the referral books with us, will receive a 5% discount once payment in full has been received. Limit 1 referral per Reservation. Must be another Prom Referral/Pay Prom Pricing. I want to say 99% of our clients are repeat customers, referrals, or customers who booked with a broker and had the other company cancel at the last minute. Now that we’re getting closer and closer to peak bloom dates, we thought it would be a good time to update you on the National Cherry Blossom Festival.   “The Nation’s Greatest Springtime Celebration” takes place the middle of March through the end of April.   Here’s the latest in Cherry Blossom Festival news and events:   - The National Park Service has predicted peak dates for the blossoming of the cherry trees around the Tidal Basin. According to the NPS, based on current bud development and expected temperatures, the trees will be at peak bloom starting around Friday, March 18 through Wednesday, March 23. Peak bloom is defined as the period when 70%% of the blossoms on the Yoshino Cherry trees are open. Of course, peak season varies from year-to-year, depending on weather conditions. Don't forget to schedule your groups transportation to go see them, or book a limo for a more intimate setting between your and your loved one.
