The bus itself is a little dated. Tv only takes DVD,s- sound system was good once we figured it out- you can play whatever you wNt through your phone Once the party starts it's all good. I had a bus for 15 people that went from DC to 1 winery. They gave me a great deal (I called around and inquired at about 2-3 other places), had some changes in my reservation that they accommodated, and the bus was sparkling clean and the driver was super sweet. I booked a party bus for my 50th birthday celebration. The driver (Carl) arrived to my house on time. Carl introduced himself to the group and proceeded to take us to our destination. The drive was very nice except for the driver not being able to find the destination for a few minutes we had a show to catch. We were picked up on time after the show and taken to the Dr. Martin Luther King Jr Memorial this provided great photo opportunities. Booking started out really rough at first. The first person I talked to was extremely rude. I debated on even using this company. When I called back I got another person, Sam. He helped me with a game plan and prices and was very helpful on answering all questions. Our driver, Gerald, made the entire thing worth it!! He showed up 30 minutes early and went over everything with us. I had a few girls that were running late and he was sooo accommodating and patient with us. We stopped for dinner and then went on to a show. Gerald was right there every time we were ready to get back on!!! Our family was on its third trip to DC for the week of New Years and we have learned more each time. We used to take the metro everywhere and walk from wherever the metro spit us out. But this past trip my husband discovered this company and it was amazing 😉They picked us up at our hotel, took us wherever we wanted to go, dropped us right in front of the place and as soon as we called them they rolled up to get us and take us to our next requested site. The driver was VERY polite and knowledgeable in the city area, restaurants, and attractions. I will NEVER take the metro again when we go. This is the only way to go - we did the hop on hop off tours already, the night time tours too.... crammed into a bus with others like sardines, it was frustrating, especially with little kids, stroller, and a baby. The Bus was really nice inside. It has a cooler for your drinks and a nice cup stand for your drinking cups. You could play your music loud and the lights inside made it seem like you were in a disco. The ride was smooth and bus driver got us from point A to point B. American Eagle Limo gave such a great service! I requested the pink party bus for my birthday and got exactly that! The bus was clean, up to date and had all the latest features detailed on the website(plus balloons) :) The driver was sooooo sweet!! He was 15 min early and helped me set up my phone connection to play music. The Bluetooth capabilities of the bus worked flawlessly (which was really important to me)... Great driver, but one of the smaller buses appeared dated (For the amount of money spent I would've expected buses as depicted on their website). Not impressed with the bus selection in my case (wish we had a say on which bus was chosen for our event). But the service I received was great. We ordered a party bus for my daughters sweet 16. I am very pleased with the service. The driver came to my home 30 mins early. He was well dressed and very polite. We had such a Blast celebrating our fathers 80th birthday with a trip picking us up from the birthday boys house and on to three different breweries. Carl was our driver and we cannot say enough about this delight of a man. He was so attentive and interactive not to mention a perfect driver. The bus was so nice , clean and stocked with everything mentioned. Even though the air was stuffy and very hot outside Carl kept it cool and comfy for all of us inside. We felt like royalty rolling up in such a nice ride. I have asked friends that I know who have tried party buses and they have all said that while there's was nice it sounded like ours was far nicer. This our first and we are so pleased with our experience and will ALWAYS request Carl in the future and highly recommend him to everyone. HUGE kudos to Carl for making our trip so successful. Pricing was on par with competition. Only issue was the aux cable died and so we were unable to play our phone's music over the system. Suggest sending drivers out with a spare cable in case of this situation. Driver was funny, personable, accommodating, and punctual. I highly recommend American Eagle Limousine because they were very responsive from start to finish. I rented a party bus for my sons 16th Birthday with about 12 teenagers! The driver was personable, flexible, courteous and let them do their thing (they are a pretty mature group). The bus was clean and well equipped. We traveled from Annapolis to MGM and the National Harbor and back, and they had a blast! Traffic held the driver up, so he was late for the initial pick-up, but he notified me and was very apologetic and because our plans were flexible, it did not affect the time I contracted. We kept in constant communication communication throughout the night to coordinate pick-up spots and times. From the beginning Tony walked me through the services and explained everything !! He suggested routes and locations for time conservation ... he communicated from beginning to end .. Very Professional! Very Clean! On Time.....This company was a lifesaver. My wife and I had booked a bus with Uptown Bus? I think that's there name. Anyway.....the day before I was curious to know what people thought and I read several negative reviews. It turns out this place is a complete SCAM! When I confronted them about the reviews they got very defensive and hung up the phone on us then they tried to run my card. Luckily I transferred the money out of my account. I was very concerned because this was the day before my bday party. I called Tony at American Eagle Limousine and explained to him our situation he assured me not to worry and had us taken care of immediately. At the last minute we were able to reserve a bus through this company and it was an amazing time. My birthday party was a success. Great company! My organization hosts a formal event every semester and this bus company has been the best we have ever used in the past! The bus drivers were eager to work with us and followed our directions explicitly. In addition, the buses are all uniquely decorated on the exterior and interior which made them very easy to spot. The interior was professionally equipped with party bus accessories such as lights, a great sound system, enough room to dance, and more. Our group called the buses the best part of the night! One of the buses unfortunately had a malfunction on their way over to pick us up from the event, but they replaced it in an amazing 20 minutes. This is the second time that I have used American limousine for birthday party celebration. The party bus was clean, the driver was courteous, very professional, he even had birthday balloons for the birthday girl. He got us to our destination safely, he was a very good driver. I booked a limousine bus for my daughters Sweet 16 Birthday and it really made the event! The driver arrived on time and the bus was immaculate. The bus was stocked with sodas and water for the kids. I'm updating an old review, because I've since booked again with American Eagle and it was an awesome time. My friends and I have booked their Miami Bus more than once now, and through the process have gotten to know the management at the company. Tony and Mary, in particular, do a great job of taking care of customers. Our drivers have always been very friendly and helpful, and we've never experienced any issues whatsoever. The Miami Bus is a blast. Party lights, lots of space, coolers...really, it's unreal in terms of having fun on four wheels. If you're interested in taking your party on the road, highly suggest you book with them. ------------ Booked the South Beach bus for a birthday, and I personally handled the logistics. I thought this company was easy to work with and friendly, very fairly priced (cost per person for a full night out was under $40), and the bus itself was awesome - light up floor, party lights, a great sound system, TV's everywhere, and more. We were even able to play DVD's on mute while listening to music over the sound system. I plan on booking with them for another special occasion soon, and I will recommend them to friends. This past Saturday OCT 3 2015 it was my husband's 30th birthday.I looked for a limo company I came upon American Eagle limos. I was looking for a party bus so I went ahead and request a quote. Mary works for American Eagle she was quick to reply. She worked with me throughout the whole process .I was so nervous things would turn out bad because they had some bad reviews. I'm so glad I didn't go by that negativity. We had the best experience our driver was 25 minutes early which was great . He was very respectful and outgoing. I didn't give 5stars because they had put a $300 charge on my credit card as a hold during the day of service without notifying me prior, of course after a week the charges never posted to my account but still I would have preferred a warning. However, other than that I had a great experience. I had reserved a party bus to celebrate my 23rd birthday and the bus driver, Carl, was very patient and didn't have a problem driving us wherever we wanted to go. I had a wonderful time. The driver was very patient and understanding. All of my guest enjoyed themselves. They even upgraded my party bus at no additional cost which was a plus and the customer service overall was amazing. Every time people see pics of me on the actual bus they think it's a lounge but in fact it's the bus. The interior and exterior was kell kept. I can't wait to plan another event just to use one of their vehicles again. There was only one minor issue. The bus didnt have any cups and I was unaware that we had to provide our own cups but either way we figured it out and had a blast LOL. We had a great experience renting a party bus from American Eagle Limo and Party Buses. I rented the party bus for my best friend's birthday. The party bus came early and I had a great conversation with the driver. The driver was courteous, knowledgeable and assisted me in preparing the bus for our great adventure. The bus was clean, beautiful and a true party bus from the inside to the outside of the bus. When the bus pulled up we were all super excited and my friend was super surprised by the party bus. We had an adventure of a lifetime which included being dropped off at a club, enjoying rides around the city and to end our evening enjoying views of the National Monument late into the night/early into the morning. Amazing company with impeccable service!!! Our limousine arrived 15 minutes early. The driver was extremely professional and courteous!! We even got the red carpet treatment!! Totally wasn't expecting that but loved every minute of it - especially for the photos!! The driver was very knowledgeable of the area (Wash. I used American Eagle Limo for my anniversary dinner. I looked at several other limo services and couldn't find one as caring and responsive as American Eagle. They showed up at my house earlier than expected which was great! The driver was extremely nice and very informative and was able to keep on schedule for the entire night. My daughter was graduating from college, and my mother-in-law, family and friends came to D.C. from Kansas to enjoy the event. I rented a suite at the National Harbor Wyndham and chartered a limo through American Eagle. it was the first time my mother in law had aver been in a limo, and it made her day. We got picked up at the front door of the Wyndham and were given a first class ride to George Mason University. We were dropped off at the student union with great fanfare. After the graduation were were picked up again and driven to the Capital Grill in Tyson's Corner. The ride was again excellent and we were treated like royalty. When we finished dinner, the limo was waiting for us and we were once again given first class service while we were driven through D.C, on a site seeing tour. We finally finished the red carpet day and were returned to the National Harbor. It was a day that will not be forgotten by any of the participants. My Mother in law and the other relatives that came from the mid-west are still talking about the trip, and after talking about the graduation, the conversation always gravitates to the limo trip. My experience was amazing. I would have to think really hard on something to complain about. I booked this party bus for my cousin Bacherolette. Mary was able to give me an affordable price. She followed up with me many times. She is great!!!! The drive I didn't get his name but he was great as well. He was friendly and showed up on time. When we called him for pick up's he got there in no time. I would definitely use American Eagle Limo Service again. Do not be fooled by any negative reviews on American Eagle Limo. I need a limo for my birthday so my friend recommend me this company. I must say, they were the nicest and most professional crew I have ever dealt with. On Saturday 2/22/14 I rented the South Beach bus for my bday. Let me just say how pleased I was with the bus and the staff. My driver was perfect. Only run in we had was by the time we arrived to Ultra Bar we were not admitted in do to capacity issues. We called the driver he made a short call and drove us right over to Lotus where we entered right away no lines no fee nothing....PERFECT I love everything about this company. Definitely looking to book again in May!! Now lets talk about Mary!! The driver I had (Carl) was truly one of the best parts of the trip. Only hiccup I had was the size of the bus (ordered a 20 person bus but it fits more like 15 comfortably). TOP FLIGHT SERVICE! I was referred to this company by another limo company (Kenny-Anytime Limo). I needed a white Chrysler 300M for a concert being held at the DAR Constitution Hall in February 2012. Unfortunately, someone else had already reserved that vehicle. However, the Cadillac CTS was available. And BOY was I glad that I chose this vehicle instead (see the first photo above). This limo was absolutely GORGEOUS (inside and out)! Our driver (Robert) was very punctual and professional. He arrived much earlier than expected. And we arrived at the concert with time to spare to get seated with no stress. After contacting him (when the concert ended), he returned expeditiously. What was even more impressive, he was able to locate us quickly through all the chaos of the concert ending. The downside was, I was a little taken back by the off-brand beverages that were available. But I was happy with the selection (i.e. water, grape, orange, cola and ginger ale). And lastly, Stephanie allowed me to utilize my military discount. I will DEFINITELY use this company from this day forth for ALL my limo needs!
