๐ณ Deposit Policy
Non-refundable Deposit: Required to reserve the vehicle.Non-transferable: Deposits cannot be applied to different dates/times.Full Payment: All balances must be paid in full before the scheduled service date.
โ Cancellation Charge
All reservations and all payments made are non-refundable. If you put down a deposit that too is non-refundable.

๐ Vehicle Selection
We own all of the buses in our fleet. We have multiple buses so we cannot guarantee colors or specific buses. If you would like to see the buses before your rental, we can facetime with you to show you the vehicles, we can also send videos and photos as well.
๐ณ Remaining Balance
All events that are booked 30 days or more in advance can put down a deposit to book their transportation. Clients must put down a deposit of 50% of their total reservation price. The remaining balance will be collected automatically, no later than 2 weeks before your event.
๐ต Payment Options
There will be an additional 6% charged for credit card processing fees, which is calculated in the total when you "ADD TO BAG" on the shopping cart. We accept Visa and Mastercard. We accept AMEX but will have to charge an additional amount to your total. All reservations made over the phone or through the reservation form will have a 5% service fee added to their total. If you check out through the shopping cart then the service fee wont be added to your total.
๐ Reservation Changes
Deadline: Finalize all changes (pick-ups, stops, etc.) 72 hours before the reservation.

๐จ Delays
Delays Beyond Control: Any delays caused by weather, road construction, accidents, traffic congestion, or any situation beyond the control of American Eagle Limo & Party Bus, and its affiliates are not their responsibility. No credits or refunds will be issued as a result of such delays. However, we will give you the option to make up the time by extending your reservation by the amount of time lost due to the unforeseen delay.
โฐ Overtime Policy
Overtime Billing: Overtime is calculated at $300 per hr. We offer a 10 minute grace period per hr., anyting over the 10 mins is charged by the hr. We do not prorate overtime, nor is a driver allowed to Waive overtime for any reason. Depending on the day of your reservation & if your event falls on a holiday weekend, your prior authorization of $300 will be charged 1-3 days before your event. It will be released within 48 hrs. after the end of your event. If your group goes into additional overtime your group will be charged an additional $300 per hr. For Example: if your group is late to your drop off location, the drop off time was for 8pm and your group doesnt make it there till 9:30pm, Your group will be charged for 2 Hrs. of overtime total. Which means we will use the Prior Authorization and change the card on file an additional Hr. ($300) for the 2nd hr. of overtime.
๐ต Prior Authorization
Prior Authorization: a total of $300 will be charged before your event. Depending on the day of your reservation & if your event falls on a holiday weekend, your prior authorization of $300 will be charged 1-3 days before your event. It will be released within 48 hrs. after the end of your event.
๐ญNon-Smoking Policy
Smoking Policy: All vehicles are non-smoking. That includes E-cigarettes and Vapes as well. Violations result in cleaning charges of $300.00 and possible service termination without refund.
๐ฎโโ๏ธ Misconduct
American Eagle Limousine & Party Bus maintains a zero-tolerance policy for misconduct or abuse, whether verbal or physical. Violations of this policy will result in the immediate termination of service, with no refund issued.Additional Actions: American Eagle Limousine & Party Bus reserves the right to remove all event members from the vehicle at a safe and public location, depending on the severity of the situation.Further action may be taken if necessary to ensure the safety and well-being of all parties involved.
๐บ Standing/Dancing Policy
For your safety, standing or dancing is not permitted while the vehicle is in motion, as these actions may result in bodily harm.
